NexClean and its affiliates are hands on and focused on providing complete solutions, or parts thereof, as needed to meet the needs of our customers. We evaluate and define, in concert with our customers, the issues, develop pilot testing and evaluation programs to address the issues, perform the testing and evaluations, design solutions based upon the evaluations with an emphasis on the CAPEX and OPEX costs, select technology and equipment, supply the equipment and treatment chemicals, assist with installation, startup the systems and operate them long term should the customers desire.

Treatment Process:
The takeover of the management of this plant included 3 distinct phases
1. Operation and management
a. This includes managing the wastewater from Equalization tank, Dissolved Air
Flotation (DAF), 4 Bioreactor dams, Reed Bed and discharge to river.
2. Bioreactor/Dam rehabilitation
a. The 4 dams were required to be cleaned, sludge removed and brought back
online. This was an 18 month process.
3. Improvements and modifications
a. We are currently in the process of approval for adding media filters to replace
one of the Dams and reed bed, as well as UV disinfection.

Treatment Process:
This process includes full water reuse - from wastewater to potable water for use back in the
plant.
Operation and Management
This process has the following stages:
● Drum Screen and screw press
● Lamella Clarifier

4. Improvements and modifications
a. We are currently in the process of adding different disinfection technologies in
the product tank. Also added a clarifier and additional pipes from the process
wastewater.
